Returns and Right of Withdrawal

At Twosoule, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are a consumer purchasing online in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a legal exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@twosoule.com within the applicable withdrawal period.

Free Returns

Twosoule covers the return shipping costs for eligible returns. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.

Please contact us before sending your items back so that we can arrange the return.

Where possible, please return items unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery, where applicable. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@twosoule.com. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

Shipping Costs for Orders

Standard shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.

For orders below €50, standard shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our free-shipping threshold does not affect your right to free return shipping under this policy.
